CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For the Council Meeting of May 6, 1997 <br />To: Honorable Mayor & City Council <br />From: Randy Anstine, Neighborhood Services Director <br />Subject: Use of Fleming Park - Colton First Baptist Church <br />Date: April 15, 1997 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Pastor Dane Aaker of the Colton First Baptist Church, has requested to use Fleming <br />Park for a Church Service and a family outing, on June 1, 1997. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />None. There is no anticipated costs associated with this use. The only use of personnel <br />associated with this use, would be the cleaning of the Park. The maintenance of the Park <br />should be done on a regular basis. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />None <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that Council approve the use of Fleming Park for the Church Service <br />and Family Outing, based upon Colton First Baptist Church providing all the necessary <br />insurance coverage. <br />Item # 14 <br />
