CITY Oh COLTON <br />COMMUNITY CHILD CARE SITE SUPERVISOR <br />PAGE 2 <br />OUALIFICATIONS: <br />_Education: <br />Twelve (12) semester units or equivalent quarter units in Early Childhood Education, <br />Child Development, recreation .and/or elementary education from an accredited college <br />or university. <br />Three (3) semester units in the administration of a child care center, staff relations, or <br />program administration. <br />Children's Center Permit desirable. <br />Experience: <br />One (1) year paid experience as a Teacher in a licensed child care facility. <br />Shills and Abilities: <br />Must possess excellent communication skills in teaching, leadership, communication, and <br />motivation. <br />Culturally sensitive to the needs and interests of minority families. <br />Bilingual (Spanish/English) abilities desirable. <br />APPROVED BY CITY COUNCIL: MAY 28, 1991 <br />: amv <br />c:\pershare\jobs\CCCSTSPV.DOC <br />
