The first payment for the period October 30 <br />. through October 31 will be $135. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the primary disabling condition is <br />psychological. The member is competent to act on his/her behalf in legally binding retirement <br />matters; and <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4`' day of November, 1997. <br />ATTEST: <br />Carolina P.
