CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF NOVEMBER 18, 1997 <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Electric Service Contract for Telco Foods, Inc. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT <br />Under the current usage index used to develop the electric rate, the revenues received from Telco <br />would be reduced by approximately $22,000 annually. This number will change if the customer alters <br />its consumption pattern. This amount by itself is not significant enough to affect the revenue <br />requirement for the remaining customers in the industrial class or other classes. <br />The financial condition of the Electric Division is such that this agreement will not adversely impact <br />the operating stability of the Division. <br />4L4.k�((. zp--a� <br />Thomas K.
