Fenaetd <br />Subject: Commission Appointments- District 5 <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF NOVEMBER 18,1997 <br />Mr. Robert Armenta, Cemetery Commissioner representing District 5, has submitted his <br />resignation. During his term, Commissioner Armenta provided distinguished and commendable <br />service to our community. The Colton City Council graciously accepts his resignation and <br />express their high regard for all his dedicated efforts. <br />Due to the vacancy created in the Cemetery Commission, Mr. John A. Massa has expressed a <br />desire to serve on this Commission. Mr. Massa's appointment is highly recommended. <br />Accordingly, I hereby appoint Mr. John A. Massa to assume his position effective immediately. <br />This term will expire December 2000. I respectfully request your consideration and concurrence <br />on this appointment.
