Parrish, Senior Program Manager <br />SUBJECT: Acceptance of Temporary Construction Easement for <br />Improvements Related to the County Medical Center - Pierson <br />t Baumgarten Trust APN 254-071-10 <br />DATE: September 26, 1997 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />In order to properly construct additional public improvements along Pepper Avenue, <br />contractor(s) must enter upon and use the land of the owner which in this case is the <br />Pierson I Baumgarten Family Trust. <br />DISCUSSIONIANALYSIS: <br />Permission granted by the attached temporary construction easement is temporary but <br />irrevocable and shall extend for a period of one year from the execution of this <br />document or completion of the project, whichever is sooner. At the termination of the <br />use of the said land it shall be left in a neat and usable condition. Property lines and <br />cross fences, if applicable shall be reconstructed prior to said land being relinquished <br />back to the owner. <br />ALTERNATIVES: <br />None. <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />Cost of the said temporary construction easement is $3,120. Funding is available <br />through the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Colton and the County <br />of San Bernardino for Infrastructure and Traffic Mitigation Improvements related to the <br />San Bernardino County Medical Center Replacement Project. <br />Item 4 17 <br />
