Thase speeds ar� #a be set at the eighty-fifth percentile speed ofi the vehicies <br />using that street as determined by a Traffic and Engineering study. <br />DISCUSSI4N�'ANALYSIS: <br />A Traffic anct Engineering study has been completed in accordanc� with section 627 af <br />the State of �alifornia Vehicle Code.
