Both have agreed that ninety days <br />wouEd be sufficient time to camplete such a study. The cost will not exceed $25,000. <br />Request for Proposals Schedule <br />The faflowing is a tentative schedule to prepare and distribute Requests for Proposals <br />for Legal Services, should that be the direction af the City Cauncil. Request that the study of appointed versus contract legal services be perFormed. <br />2. Request that the aforementioned sfiudy be performed followed by an RFP. <br />3. Take no action. <br />FISGAL �M�"ACT: <br />The cost of the study is estimated not to exceed $25,000.
