R- 1-10-97 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />ESTABLISHING A DEDICATED SOURCE OF REVENUE FOR THE <br />REPAYMENT OF STATE REVOLVING FUND LOAN NO. <br />C-06-4251-110 FOR THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT <br />EXPANSION AND RENOVATION FOR HYDRAULIC RELIABILITY <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton has received State Revolving <br />Fund loans from the State Water Resources Control Board for the <br />purpose of constructing an 2 Million Gallon Expansion to the Wastewater <br />Treatment Plant and Renovation for Hydraulic Reliability, and <br />WHEREAS, the State Water Resources Control Board requires <br />the dedication of a source of revenue for repayment of the loan; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton collects revenue via sewer <br />charges for use of the City's wastewater treatment system. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The revenue of the sewer fund of the City of <br />Colton shall be <br />dedicated to the repayment of any <br />and <br />all State <br />Revolving Fund <br />loan on Project No. C-06-4251-110. <br />This <br />dedicated <br />source of revenue shall remain in effect until such loan is fully <br />discharged, unless modification or change of such dedication is <br />approved in writing by the State Water Resources Control Board. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21st day of <br />October, 1997. <br />KARL E.
