Evaluation of this claim reflects that this case would be <br />highly questionable or no liability on the part of the City of Colton. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />Not applicable. <br />RECOMMENDATION• <br />Staff recommends that the above -listed claim be denied to commence the Statute of Limitations. <br />GFH:amv <br />Item # 4 <br />
