This report was to be inclusive of all departments, i.e., <br />RDA, Finance, City Attorney, or any other department using and paying for any type of <br />legal assistance including consulting. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />Staff is compiling information on all legal fees encumbered by the City. A full report is <br />anticipated for the September 16, 1997 City Council Meeting. <br />ALTERNATIVES: <br />N/A <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />N/A <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that Council please wait for the Council Meeting of September 16, <br />1997 for a full and comprehensive report. <br />Item # 16 <br />
