The Governing Board may authorize reimbursement of expenses incurred by <br />the Representative, or their alternates, or substitute alternates. <br />Pursuant to the Government Code Section 6505.6, the Authority shall designate an officer or <br />employee, or officers and employees, to receive, deposit, invest, and disburse the property of <br />the Authority pursuant to Government Code Sections 6505 and 6505.5. The Authority shall fix <br />the amount of the fidelity bond to be filled by such public officer(s) and/or employee(s). <br />RESOLVED FURTHER that a certified copy of this Resolution shall be <br />. provided to the General Manager of the ICRMA. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of September, 1997.. <br />ATTEST: <br />Carolina P.
