R-28-98 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON PROVIDING RETIREE HEALTH BENEFITS TO <br />DENNIS MORRIS <br />WHEREAS, the City has employed Dennis Morris as Human Resource Director; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, in offering Mr. Morris said position, the City agreed to make Mr. <br />Morris eligible for retiree health benefits, as provided in ',City of Colton Resolution <br />No. 4598, after five years or more of City service rather than after the twenty years <br />or more of City service applicable in City of Colton Resolution No. 4598. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF COLTON <br />AS FOLLOWS; <br />SECTION 1. The City, Council hereby approves an exception to City of <br />Colton Resolution No. 4598 whereby Human Resource Director Dennis Morris will <br />be eligible for retiree health benefits under . the terms and conditions set forth in <br />City of Colton Resolution No. 4598 after five years or more of City service rather <br />than after the twenty or more years of City service applicable in City of Colton I <br />Resolution No. 4598. <br />
