La Cadena Or. <br />Colton, CA 92324-2897 <br />AP -N: 0274-153-02--0000 <br />AGREEMENT FOR FUTURE ANNEXATION <br />THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into as of the March 19, 1998 <br />by and between the City of Colton, hereinafter referred to as CITY and <br />Henry and Isabel Mora hereinafter referred to in the <br />masculine/singular as Buyer (Owner) <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, <br />(a) Henry and Isabel Mora is the owner of certain regi property <br />in the County of San Bernardino as more particularly hereinafter described; and, <br />ev <br />(b) On or about the 19TH of March 1998, ne applied for a sewer <br />connection for improvements on said real property; and, <br />(c) One of the conditions of the issuance of the said sewer connection was <br />them <br />for the annexation by him of said real property located at: <br />851 Grand Ave, Colton CA,- 92324 <br />Lot 9 , Tract No. 4718, As Per Plat Recorded in Book 59 <br />Of Maps, Page 68, In the County Recorder of Sn. Bdno. ; and, <br />(d)It is deemed necessary at this time for said property to receive a sewer <br />connection; and, <br />
