EXHIBIT "B" <br />SCHEDULE OF WATER FEES <br />Miscellaneous Charges: <br />10. The amount of deposit (minimum) $45.00 <br />or 2 x the average monthly bill. <br />11. Turn on charge $11.00 <br />12. In order to restore service disconnected <br />by the City at the water meter $11.00 <br />13. Additional charge to restore service disconnected <br />by the City if the water meter is removed $25.00 <br />14. For reconnections made during other than regular <br />work hours - there will be an additional charge of $103.00 <br />15. Deposit for water meter tests for accuracy <br />(if inaccurate, deposit will be refunded $27.00 <br />16. Administration charge for construction water meters (6A meters) $22.00 <br />17. Deposit for construction water meter (6A meters) $650.00 <br />(if the 6A meter is returned in working condition the <br />deposit will be refunded, if the 6A meter is damaged the <br />deposit is forfeited) <br />18. Charge for relocation of construction water meters (6A meters) $15.00 <br />19.
