R R- 82-98 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER THE <br />ABANL DONMENT OF A PORTION OF THE <br />INTERSECTION OF 6TH AND "K" STREET <br />Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Colton as follows: <br />SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby declare <br />its intention to order the abandonment of a portion of the intersection of 6th and "K" <br />Street. <br />For further particulars as to the proposed abandonment, reference is hereby <br />made to the map on file in the office of the City Clerk of Colton, California. - - <br />SECTION 2. That the hour of 6:00 p.m. on the day of ,1998, in the <br />Council Chambers in the City Hall, Colton, California, be and the same is hereby <br />fixed as the time and place when and where all persons interested in or objecting to <br />the proposed abandonment may appear before the City Council. <br />SECTION 3. That John C.
