Recording Requested by: <br />SANTA ANA WATERSHED PROJECT AUTHORITY <br />When Recorded Mail to: <br />SANTA ANA WATERSHED PROJECT AUTHORITY <br />11615 Sterling Avenue <br />Riverside CA 92503 <br />APN 260-081-07110,16, & 19 No recording fee required pursuant to <br />RIX Facilities Government Code § 27383 <br />GRANT OF PERMANENT EASEMENT <br />SANTA ANA WATERSHED PROJECT AUTHORITY, a joint powers agency, (hereinafter called "GRANTOR"), <br />hereby grants and conveys to the City of Colton, and its successors and assigns (hereinafter called <br />"GRANTEE"), a permanent easement and right-of-way to construct, reconstruct, enlarge, alter, replace, use, <br />operate, inspect, maintain and, repair Agua Mansa Road and public utilities, together with the right of ingress <br />and egress, across, along, on, over, under, through, and within that certain real property in the County of San <br />Bernardino, State of California, described as follows: <br />A portion of Lots 29 Yi, 31 & 32 of the Bandini Donation, as per maps recorded in Book 3, page 24, of Parcel <br />Maps, filed in the Office of the Recorder of San Bernardino County further described as: that land lying <br />northwesterly of the existing RIX property fence and the existing pavement of Agua Mansa Road, and; that <br />land lying northwesterly of the permanent easement granted to Southern California Edison Company, -copy <br />attached and made a part hereof. <br />Any use made of the said real property by GRANTOR, his heirs, successors and assigns, shall be done so as <br />not to impair, endanger, or interfere with GRANTEE'S facilities and easement rights. Any use made of the <br />said real property by GRANTEE, his heirs, successors and assigns, shall be done so as not to impair, <br />endanger, or interfere with GRANTOR'S facilities and property rights, 9ncluding without limitation, ingress <br />and egress. <br />No future easement or easements shall be granted across, along, over, under, through, or within this <br />easement by GRANTOR, his heirs, successors, representatives, and assigns, without the prior written consent <br />of GRANTEE. GRANTEE shall have the right to issue easements, licenses and other instruments encumbering <br />the property subject and subordinate to the rights defined in this easement.
