Non -reimbursable Mandated Costs Reserve: Anon -reimbursable cost reserve <br />funds shall be established to be funded as set forth in the budget adopted by the City Council <br />for each fiscal year for the purpose of funding costs related to state or federal mandated <br />progralms that are not reimbursable, including without limitation, disaster preparedness training, <br />special training, and other non -reimbursable costs that may otherwise be imposed by the State <br />of California or the federal government. <br />SECTION 2.
