HUTTON, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR <br />SUBJECT: FINAL APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE OF TRACT NO 15897 <br />YOUNG HOMES, LOCATED AT THE NORTHWESTERLY <br />CORNER OF MICHIGAN AVENUE AND MILL STREET — <br />CONSISTING OF 54 LOT RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION. <br />DATE: JULY 13, 1998 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Tract 15897 is a 5.0 -acre residential development, located at the northwesterly corner <br />of Michigan Avenue and Mill Street. The development consists of 54 single-family <br />residential lots. This tract is being constructed by Young Homes. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />The developer has submitted the required bonds, security deposit for monumentation <br />and the Subdivision Agreement. The map has been reviewed for conformance with the <br />Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinances. The map also conveys to the City of <br />Colton dedications for streets and easements for utilities purposes, which is subject to <br />acceptance by the City Council. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: ,None. <br />� C <br />.
