Therefore, we recommend this claim be rejected to commence the statute of <br />limitations. <br />The memorandum from Randy Rivera dated April 28, 1998 has been reviewed. He states that after <br />checking the call -out reports for December, 1997, no personnel were dispatched to the location of <br />Pepper and Valley on December 2, 1997.
