As soon as the notification was received, city crews responded to the location to make <br />the necessary repairs. <br />Because the City did not have either actual or constructive notice of the roadway condition, by copy <br />of this correspondence to the City, it is our recommendation that this claim be rejected in its entirety. <br />Please feel free to contact the undersigned if you have any questions. <br />Sincerely, <br />Ward North America <br />Joseph R.
