G-11-98 <br />2 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />3 CITY OF COLTON AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 0-13-96, <br />AND ORDINANCE NO. 0-07-97, SECTION 13.16 OF THE <br />4 COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE ESTABLISHING SEWER RATES <br />5 <br />6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON ORDAINS AS <br />7 FOLLOWS: <br />8 SECTION 1. Exhibit "A" to Chapter 13.16 of the Colton Municipal <br />9 Code is hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows: <br />10 "COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 13.16 - EXHIBIT'A' <br />11 Wastewater Service Charges <br />12 <br />Effective July 1, 1998, wastewater charges imposed under Section <br />13 <br />13.16.025 of the Colton Municipal Code shall be as follows: <br />14 <br />A. RESIDENTIAL USERS - All users (applicable for homes and <br />15 <br />churches) shall be charged per dwelling unit. <br />16 <br />Residential Dwelling Unit $18.50/mo. <br />17 <br />18 Church $18.50/mo. <br />19 B. SCHOOLS - Each school shall pay a monthly charge based <br />20 on attendance for the past 12 months. The monthly charge shall be $18.50 <br />21 per month for each one hundred students average daily attendance, or part <br />22 thereof, and minimum monthly charge shall be equal to that for one <br />23 residential dwelling unit. <br />24 <br />25- <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />Item # 17 <br />
