Crowe, A4 thief of Police <br />SUBJECT: RATIFICATION OF EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT TO THE FULL- <br />TIME POSITION OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS COORDINATOR <br />DATE: February 25, 1998 <br />BACKGROUND: This is one (1) Information Systems Coordinator grant position that is <br />currently vacant. Attached is the job description for the classification: salary range is $3,121.00 <br />to $3,794.00 per month. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: Recruitment for said position was conducted and an eligibility list <br />established. The candidate being referred for Council ratification meets the education and <br />experience requirements as specified in the job description. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Funding availability for this grant funded position, in the fiscal year <br />1997-98 budget is as follows: Account No. 100-6070-6087-1010 (salary) and Account No. 100- <br />6070-6087-1100 (salary related benefits) <br />Patrick G.
