All matters listed under CONSENT CALENDAR are considered by the City Council to be routine and will all be <br />enacted by one motion in the form listed below. Markets <br />PUBLIC HEARING: <br />Municipal Code - Business License Cam <br />(1) <br />TIME AND PLACE FIXED TO CONSIDER FIRST READING OF A REVISED <br />AMENDMENT TO THE BUSINESS LICENSE ORDINANCE, IMPLEMENTING A <br />$6,000 ANNUAL CAP. <br />Mayor declares the Public Hearing Open. <br />City Clerk submits the Affidavit of Publication and Reports on Protests or Objections <br />thereto. <br />Staff Presentation. <br />After Hearing Public Comment, on Motion by Councilmember <br />seconded by Councilmember , the Public Hearing is terminated. <br />Consider First Reading of ORDINANCE NO. 0-10-98. <br />MOTION <br />SECOND <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: Limit 5 Minutes <br />Any person may address the City Council at this time on any subject within the <br />jurisdiction of the City of Colton; however, any matter that requires action will be <br />referred to Staff a report and action at a subsequent Council Meeting. <br />Persons desiring to submit paperwork to the City Council Members shall provide copy <br />of any paperwork to the City Clerk for the Official Record. <br />2 <br />
