That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and <br />thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect. <br />RESOLVED FURTHER that a certified copy of this Resolution shall be provided to <br />the General Manager of the ICRMA. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 1998. <br />ATTEST: <br />Carolina P.
