CITY OF COLTON AGENDA REPORT FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF NOVEMBER 17,1998 TO: Honorable Mayor & City Council APPROVAL: Henry Garcia, City Manag FROM: Dennis Morris, Human Resource Director' �- SUBJECT: Approve and adopt amendment to Resolutions 26-98, 53-98, 87-98 to document and implement job code and rate range changes DATE: November 5, 1998 BACKGROUND: Resolution 26-98, Resolution 53-98, and Resolution 87-98 included some job codes and rate ranges which need to be formally revised. DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: Previously approved job codes and rate ranges were left off exhibits at the time of submittal and should be formally approved to ensure proper documentation and implementation of job code classification or rate range changes. FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact. RECOMMENDATION: That the Mayor and City Council approve the job code and rate range as recommended by the Human Resource Director shown below: Electric Utility Director Warehouse Supervisor Assistant to the CM/Grant Coord Environmental Control Inspector Industrial Waste Control Insp.
