Operator. <br />17. Section 5.1 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows: <br />5.1 Services provided pursuant to this Agreement, as amended, shall <br />commence April 1, 1998 and continue until June 30, 2000. This Agreement shall <br />be automatically renewed for successive one year periods, unless terminated by <br />either party by written notice given on or before December 31st. Ifsuchnoticels <br />given, the Agreement shall terminate on the next June 30th. <br />18. Section 5.2 of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety. <br />19. Section 5.3 of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety. <br />20. The heading of Section 6 of the Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the <br />words "and professional services". <br />21. Sections 6.1.1, 6.1.2 and 6.1.3 are amended in their entirety to read as follows: <br />6.1.1 All services typically required of an ISO certified Scheduling Coordinator, <br />as specified in the ISO Tariff, including, but not limited to scheduling, dispatching <br />and accounting of Resources and ancillary services, firm and non-firm energy <br />purchases and sales, excess capacity and energy sales, transmission service <br />transactions, and distribution system direct access transaction utilizing, as <br />appropriate, applicable contracts between Colton and other suppliers and buyers of <br />capacity, energy, transmission, distribution and other energy services, for the term <br />hereof. <br />6.1.2 Daily load forecasting, scheduling, accounting, recording, and monitoring <br />of Resources, firm and non-firm energy purchases and sales, and the direct access <br />loads and resources of Colton Distribution System Customers who procure non - <br />Colton energy supplies, <br />6.1.3 Electronically submit resource accounting schedules and other data <br />required to the ISO and PX." <br />22. Section 6.1.4 of the Agreement is hereby added to read as follows: <br />6.1.4 Sempra shall submit the following three, daily, electronic reports to Colton: <br />resource stack forecast, daily 30 rr�nute demand data and daily energy data, and <br />after -the -fact resource stack and excess sales report. <br />23.
