CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF October 20.1998 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor & City Council <br />APPROVAL: Henry Garcia, City Manager <br />FROM: Dennis Morris, Human Resource Director'�) <br />SUBJECT: Request approval for use of Fleming Park by Colton Chamber of Commerce for <br />December 12,1998. <br />DATE: October 14,1998 <br />BACKGROUND: On December 12, 1998 the Colton Chamber of Commerce will sponsor their annual <br />Christmas Parade, with awards & give-away's. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is a potential expense in that the park will need more maintenance on <br />Monday when the Public Works Department cleans the grounds <br />CUSTOMER SERVICE IMPACT: To continue support of the community activities and meet the needs <br />of the citizens. <br />RECOMMENDATION: That City Council approves the request for the use of Fleming Park by the <br />Colton Chamber of Commerce.
