As Disclosure <br />Counsel, Fvlbright, working n�ith the City of Colton (the "Ciry"), would preparc the Preiiminary <br />Official Statemmt and final Official Statcment and provide to the City a disclosurc opinion <br />r�garding ttie final Off cial Statemeat (the so-called "I Ob-5 opinion").
