(b) Permittee shall submit annual rcpurts tv City un ur befure July 20 of each <br />year, totaling the information contained in the quarterly reports for such and containing, at a <br />minimum, reports required under applicable law (including AB 939) with respect to recycling <br />and diversion of solid waste in the City.
