MERICAN <br />EGION <br />AMERICAN LEGION <br />COLTON POST 155 <br />1401 VETERANS WAY <br />COLTON, CA 92324 <br />(909) 825.2985 <br />August 20, 1998 <br />Dear Mayor Gaytan and Council Members, <br />RALPH GONZALES <br />POST COMMANDER <br />On Wednesday November 11, 1998, Veterans Day The American Legion Colton Post <br />155 would like to again hold a Veterans Day parade and ceremony. <br />The parade would start at nine a.m. at the southeast corner of "O" Street and LaCa- <br />dena Drive and will proceed north to Fleming Park where we would like to hold the <br />ceremony. <br />Like last year we ask that you approve our request and to participate in the parade and <br />to attend the ceremony. <br />We also ask that Mayor Gaytan say a few words at the ceremony and to make any pre- <br />sentations, if any. <br />Our veterans must never be forgotten. <br />Respectfully, <br />Ralph Gonzales <br />Post Commander <br />Item # 13 <br />
