The <br />vacancies are as follows: District 2, District 6, and an at -large appointment and interested <br />citizens are asked to complete an application for final consida;a ion by Councilmember <br />Hutton/District 2 appointment, Councilmember Bennett/District 6 appointment, and <br />Mayor Gaytan for the at -large appointment. <br />Applications will be accepted up until September 17, 1998.
