R-30-99 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA AMENDING RESOLUTION 2240, RULE X, REVISING <br />ATTENDANCE AND LEAVES FOR EXEMPT EMPLOYEES <br />WHEREAS, this resolution revises Resolution 2240, Rule X, Section If, item 9) to <br />add wording as follows: Partial day vacation time leave for exempt employees is allowed for <br />j personal reasons or because of illness or injury of less than one work -day. <br />WHEREAS, this resolution revises Resolution 2240, Rule X, Section 6 to add <br />wording as follows: Partial day sick leave for exempt employees is allowed for personal <br />reasons or because of illness or injury of less than one work -day. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Colton, California; Resolution 2240, Rule X, Section 1 and Section 6 are amended to include <br />wording as revised above. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6' day of April, 1999. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
