R-65-99 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, C,ALIFORNIA ORDERING THE LEVY AND COLLECTION OF ASSESSMENTS FOR THE COLTON LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING MAINTENANCE A,SSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1, FISCAL YEAR 1999/2000. The City Council of the City of Colton, California does resolve as follows: VIPHEREAS, the City Council has by previous Resolutions initiated proceedings for the D declared ats intention to levy assessments for Fiscal Year 1999/2000, and approved the Engi. Annual Levy Report (hereinafter referred to as the "Report") that describes the assessments agains parcels o� land within the Colton Landscape and Lighting Maintenance Assessment District No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "DistricY') for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, 1999, and ending Jun 30, 2000, pursuant to the provisions of the Landscaping andtightingAct of 1972, Part 2 of Division 15 0 the California Streets and Highways Code, commencing with Section 22500 (hereinafter referred to a the "AcY') 4o pay for the maintenance and services of all improvements and facilities related thereto; and, WHEREAS, a Report has been prepared and filed with the City Clerk, and the City Clerk ha presented to the City Council said Report in connection with the proposed levy and collection o assessments upon eligible parcels of land within the District and the City Councif did by previou Resolutior� approve such Report; and, WHEREAS, the City Council desires to levy and collect assessments against parcels of lan within the District for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, 1999, and ending June 30, 2000, to pay for th maintenance and services of al! improvements and facilities related thereto. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED, AND ORDERED BY THE CIT COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, FOR COLTON LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTIN MAINTEN,ANCE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1, AS FOLLOWS: S�ction '1.
