R-67-99 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, ASSESSING PROPERTIES WITHIN THE CITY <br />BOUNDARIES IN THE AMOUNT OF $139,100 <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1999-2000 <br />WHEREAS, the people of the City of Colton voted in 1970 to incur a bond indebtedness <br />of $1,200,000 for the purchase of certain improvements of the Electric Utility; and. <br />WHEREAS, the City has issued and sold General Obligation Bonds in the amount of <br />$1,200,000; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton requires the total sum of $139,100 for the principal and <br />Interest due during 1999-2000. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Colton is hereby authorized <br />To assess all assessable parcels within the boundaries of the City of Colton the total amount of <br />$139,100 for the 1999-2000 Fiscal Year; to require the County of San Bernardino <br />Auditor/Controller to compute the tax rate and to collect said sum through the County of San <br />Bernardino Tax Collector. <br />PASSED APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS DAY OF '1999. <br />KARL E.
