City Council Meeting of August 3, 1999 <br />Dance Permit Request for Zendejas <br />Page 2 <br />Additionally, staff proposes the following conditions: <br />• The applicant agrees to maintain a Type 47 license issued by the ABC. <br />• Applicant agrees to implement a designated driver program. <br />• Applicant agrees to prohibit "crowd surfing" and "mosh pits." <br />• Applicant agrees to a review of its compliance with the terms and conditions of this dance <br />permit six months after issuance. <br />ALTERNATIVES: <br />Not to approve the application. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />Zendejas currently provides a source of revenue to the City in the form of business license and <br />sales taxes.
