R-73-99 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON APPROVING A CONSOLIDATED <br />SALARY SCHEDULE FOR ALL CITY EMPLOYEE <br />POSITIONS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton has <br />approved a number of compensation adjustments for all City of <br />Colton employee associations/unions; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council now desires to consolidate all <br />current salary and classification information into a schedule <br />format. <br />BE IT NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: The consolidated salary schedule of employee <br />positions for the City of Colton is hereby adopted and set <br />forth in Exhibit A of this resolution. <br />SECTION 2: The salary information contained in Exhibit A <br />shall be effective as of August 3, 1999. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of August, <br />1999. <br />ATTEST: <br />Carolina P.
