The children will perform for their families and friends, <br />using the Band Shell at Fleming Park as a stage. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />There will be no financial impact to the General Fund, and any staff time expended will <br />be covered from the existing 1999-2000 budget. <br />CUSTOMER SERVICE IMPACT: <br />The beautiful setting at Fleming Park and the event will create fond memories for the <br />children as well as their families and friends. Expected attendance is 50 adults, 25 <br />children. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of the request by Jennifer Long for the use of Fleming Park <br />and Band shell on Friday August 27, 1999 and Saturday August 28, 1999 from 5pm until <br />8pm for Summer Dance Recitals. <br />PREPARED BY: <br />Barbara J.
