R-14-99 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO <br />CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR MEMBERS OF THE <br />COLTON POLICE DISPATCHERS UNIT AND THE CITY OF COLTON <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to the results of meetings between <br />representatives of the City of Colton and representatives of the Police Dispatchers Association held pursuant to <br />Government Code section 3500 et. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE rr RESOLVED that the Memorandum of Understanding, marked Exhibit <br />"A" and attached hereto, is incorporated into and made a part hereof and adopted hereby. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided herein shall be effective as of September <br />14, 1998, contingent upon signature of the City's representative. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this day of 1999. <br />ATTEST: <br />Carolina P.
