Siemens owns exclusive design rights to the original breakers and <br />switchgear as well as ownership, of all tooling, fixtures, jigs, drawings, specifications, assembly <br />and QA procedures and shop order information. Siemens has developed the only ANSI C37.09 <br />tested vacuum replacement breaker designed in accordance with the specifications and tolerances <br />of the original breaker and cubicle. Only Siemens can provide the original quality parts which <br />are essential to safe and functional operation of the .new breaker in the old cubicle.
