R —01-99 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER THE <br />VACATION OF A PORTION OF HIGHLAND AVENUE <br />WESTERLY OF 8T" STREET, BETWEEN PLEASANT VIEW <br />AVENUE AND CITRUS AVENUE <br />Belt resolved by the City Council of the City of Colton as follows: <br />SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby declare <br />its intention to order the abandonment of a portion of Highland Avenue. <br />For further particulars as to the proposed abandonment, reference is hereby <br />made to the map on file in the office of the City Clerk of Colton, California. <br />SECTION 2. That the hour of 6:00 p.m. on the 19th day of January, 1999, <br />in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Colton, California, be and the same is hereby <br />fixed as the time and place when and where all persons interested in or objecting to the <br />proposed abandonment may appear before the City Council. <br />SECTION 3. That John C. Hutton, Director of Public Works of the City of <br />Colton, is hereby directed to cause "Notice of Street Vacation" to be posted as required by <br />law. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this day of '1999. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
