R-02-99 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON TO CONSIDER "SEDELETTER" FOR MEEMMERS OF THE COLTON POLICE <br />MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION AND THE CITY OF COLTON <br />WFIEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to the results of meetings between <br />representatives of the City of Colton and representatives of the Police Management Association held <br />pursuant to Government Code section 3500 jzj Slq,. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Sideletter, marked Exhibit "A" and attached <br />hereto, is incorporated into and made a part hereof and adopted hereby. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided herein shall be effective as of July <br />1, 1998 contingent upon signature of the City's representative. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this day of _, 1999. <br />ATTEST: <br />Carolina P.
