EXIIIBIT <br />SIDELETTER BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF COLTON <br />AND <br />COLTON POLICE MANAGEMIENT ASSOCIATION <br />City Agrees to: <br />I. Extend provision of existing Memorandum of Understanding to June 30, 2000. <br />2. The City will provide to all Association employees a base salary increase of 2% retroactive <br />to July 1, 1998. In addition the City will provide a 2% salary increase January, 1999 a <br />2.75% salary increase July, 1999 and a 2.75% salary increase January, 2000 to all <br />employees in -this bargaining unit. <br />3. The City agrees to increase the uniform maintenance allowance from $52.50 to $70.00 per <br />month effective July, 1999. <br />4. The City agrees to increase the life insurance amount to $50,000. <br />5.
