Qpartermaster Street. This home is presently unoccupied at the moment and for <br />the most Dart used as rental property, In November, I came into the city of Colton to have <br />i <br />electricity! turned on #o my residents. It is unoccupied and the holiday season tend to lend <br />itself to a high temptation of vandalism and crime. <br />S <br />1 informed by a representative of the City of Colton, that in order to have <br />electriCityto my home, i would also have to pay for trash because of a city ordiance in <br />J <br />Colton. I explained to the representative that the home is not occupied and I only want to <br />maintain the home security system in case of vandalism. <br />i <br />Up#n getting no where with the representative I decided to walk over to the City <br />Council 41ce to speak with someone in charge. I spoke with the executive secretary, <br />named Adlfa D. Flores, who informed me that I not the only homeowner with this <br />Y <br />particular problem.
