(Ord. 1009 § 16, 1959) <br />6.16.290 Penalty for violations. <br />Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of <br />a misdemeanor, and upon a conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding five <br />hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not more than six months <br />or by both.
