PROPOSAL SUMMARY SHEET <br />FOR <br />TOWING FRANCHISE SERVICE <br />10 <br />H <br />N <br />Criteria <br />Vendor's Response <br />Lot Size - Operator shall state the number of <br />Lot Size: 112,800 <br />towed vehicles which can be stored on its lot at <br />any one time. This number shall not include <br />space for the 'tow truck operator's buildings, <br />equipment, storage areas or customer parking. <br />Number of Vehicles that can be stored: 450 <br />Storage capacity of the tow truck operator's <br />lot shall be determined as follows: one storage <br />space for each 180 square feet of space. <br />Customer Parking - Operator shall state how <br />14 SPACES <br />many., off-street parking spaces are available for <br />customer ustomer parking. The customer parking space <br />shall be separate from the lost space for storing <br />vehicles and the operator's equipment. <br />Number of Tou, Trucks -'Operator shall state <br />CLASS A=7 - <br />the number of tow truck vehicles that will be <br />CLASS B=4 <br />used to provide services under the fxranchise <br />Ll <br />CLASS C=1 <br />within the City's minimum response time limits, <br />CLASS D=O <br />including the number of medium duty wreckers, <br />heavy duty wreckers and heavy duty tilt trailers <br />as defined as Class A, B, C or D tow trucks or <br />car carriers by the California Highway Patrol. <br />All such trucks must be maintained at the. lot <br />from which the City is serviced. <br />I.,* <br />Number of Tois, Truck Driver Employees - <br />FULLT'IME=9 <br />Operator shall state the number of tow truck <br />PART -TIME =O <br />drivers that it employs to provide services under <br />the franchise agreement and shall state whether <br />such employees are full or part-time employees. <br />Conditions of Franchise - Any proposal that <br />Meets conditions of Chapter 10.40 <br />fails to meet the minimum conditions of <br />franchise set forth in Chapter 10.40 of the City <br />x <br />Code with regard to the criteria set forth above <br />YES NO --- <br />shall be deemed unqualified. <br />10 <br />H <br />N <br />
