A plot plan and development plan drawn in sufficient detail to clearly describe <br />6 the following: <br />7 1. Physical dimensions of the property <br />8 2. Location and physical dimensions of existing and proposed structures <br />9 <br />3. Location of electrical lines and facilities <br />10 <br />11 4. Existing topography <br />12 5. Setbacks <br />13 6. Circulation <br />14 7. Ingress and egress <br />15 8. Utilization of the property under the requested permit <br />16 D. Utility interconnection data and a copy of written notification to the utility of the <br />17 proposed interconnection. <br />18 E. A photograph or detailed drawing of each model of WECS including the tower <br />19 and foundation, and one or more detailed perspective drawings showing the <br />site fully developed with all proposed WECS and accessory structures. <br />20 <br />F Specific information on the type, size, rotor material, rated power output, <br />21 performance, safety and noise characteristics of each model of WECS. <br />22 G. Specific information on the type, height, material and safety of each model of <br />23 tower. <br />24 H. A site preparation and installation schedule. <br />25 1. A vicinity map or aerial photograph describing the location, including distances <br />26 from existing and proposed WECS, of all surrounding land uses which are <br />within one (1) mile of any property proposed for WECS installation. <br />27 <br />28 <br />OA <br />
