h. Full Authority. Each of the parties to this Agreement represents and <br />warrants (i) that the person signing this Agreement is duly authorized to execute this <br />Agreement on such party's behalf, (ii) that he, she or it has the full right, power, legal <br />capacity and authority to enter into and perform the parties' respective obligations <br />hereinunder; and (iii) that such obligations shall be binding upon such party without the <br />requirement of the approval or consent of any other person or entity in connection <br />herewith. <br />L Severability.
