The City a�cr:s to prepare the <br />descripti = and plats along with necessary title weak for said property owner dedications. <br />Mr. Singletary respectfully request from the City * following: <br />a.) A letter from the City of Colton netting forth the p'nprovanents to be <br />R&constructed in consideration of Rof Way Deitiby the property <br />owner. <br />b.) An Offer of Dedication F"mMo¢unmt to be executed by the property <br />owner which assures Right of Way fedication to the satisfaction of the City. <br />
