For the construction of: <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />CONTRACT <br />FOR <br />CITY PROJECT NO. VWV99-1 <br />CONSTRUCTION OF WELL NO. 26 FACILITY <br />This agreement made and concluded this �t day of �� 1999 at Colton <br />Califomia between the CRy of Colton, herein referred to as CITY and Pacific <br />Hydrotech, Corp. , herein referred to as CONTRACTOR. <br />ARTICLE i— Witnesseth, that for and in consideration of the payments and agreements <br />hereinafter mentioned, to be made and perfarmed by the said CITY, and under the conditions <br />expressed in the two bonds, bearing even date with these presents, and hereunto annexed, said <br />CONTRACTOR agrees with the said CITY, at his own cost and expense, to do ali the work and <br />fumish all the materials, except such as are mentioned in the specifications to be fumished by <br />said CITY, necessary to construct and complete in a good, workmanlike, and substantial <br />manner the above described work in accordance with the specifications therefore which said <br />specifications are hereby specially referred to and by such reference made apart hereof. <br />ARTICLE II — And the said CONTRACTOR agrees to receive and accept the prices <br />submitted in his Contract Proposal as full compensation for fumishing ail materiais and for doing <br />all work coMemplated and embraced in this agreement, aiso for all loss or damage arising out of <br />-34- <br />WELL NO. 26 <br />May 1999 <br />K/,1994618.00 <br />
